R A T E S

  • $5.00 is the delivery charge for a 1-stop delivery in the village of New Paltz. This charge does not increase no matter how much food you order. Boundaries of the village of New Paltz are determined by the dispatcher.
     
  • $3.50 is the delivery charge for SUNY New Paltz on-campus students and senior citizens.
     
  • $2.50 is added for every 5 minutes driving outside of the village.
  • $2.50 is added for each additional stop at another restaurant.
  • $4.00 is added for a non-member restaurant stop.
  • $10.00 is the food minimum for delivery per restaurant. If less than $10.00 in food is ordered, the food price will still be $10.00 when charges are totaled.
  • All menu prices are subject to change without notice. The website is updated regularly, and members of our email group will receive notifications about menu updates.
  • Fast Lane Delivery runs many coupons and promotions. When using a coupon or promotion, it must be mentioned when placing your order with the dispatcher.

     

      T I M E S 

        • The average time for a 1-stop delivery in the village of New Paltz is 30 min.
        • Main street traffic conditions, weather, delivery distances and busy restaurant kitchens may cause delays, so please plan ahead and order early if scheduled delivery is needed. Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays are particularly busy for most restaurants.
        • All orders are placed according to available drivers. Your orders are delivered immediately after they are prepared. If there is a delay in your order, you will be notified.

      All drivers are equipped with cellular phones. Drivers or dispatchers may need to contact you regarding directions, order changes, delays, or to alert you of impending delivery. Please keep your phone line open when awaiting your order! 

      P A Y M E N T S 

      Fast Lane Accepts:

      • Cash
      • Checks – Local Business checks accepted. Sorry, no personal checks.
      • Credit Cards and Hawk $ - If you are paying with your credit card or Hawk $, please have the card information ready for your operator.  Insufficient funds may result in a $5 collections charge, so know your balance SUNY students!
      • A 10% processing fee is added to orders. Cash payments receive a 10% discount which removes this fee. Credit card payments receive a 5% discount.  
      • Gratuities are not included in the price of the meals. Please consider the waiter/driver’s efforts. A 10% to 20% tip is customary which can be included on a check or credit card if desired. 

      O R D E R     C A N C E L L A T I O N S

      • Scheduled orders can be cancelled at a minimum of 1 hour prior to delivery time. Once an order is placed with Fast Lane, our system allows us to place the order with a restaurant in an organized and time effective manner. Cancellations within 1 hour of delivery time are unacceptable. The customer is solely responsible for the cost of the order and delivery.
